Our Proposal

For the Inclusive Growth of Small & Marginal Farmers

Project Objective

The objective of this project is upliftment of small & marginal farmers, from BPL category on to inclusive growth path.

The objective is achieved by way of sustainable round the year employment for farmers in agriculture through multi-crop farming continuous on-field guidance & handholding support for end to end farming solutions basic agri infrastructure for community or common agri-clusters and major emphasis on food processing & market linkage services to farmers.

This project is going to be a game-changer initiative.

Project Scope

India is a country of villages and the villages are the hub of agriculture. Almost all villages in the country have the scope for this project.

Our primary emphasis would be to implement such projects in the most backward villages or the villages of tribal community which is struggling for basic livelihood. The farmers of more than 80% of such villages are living under below poverty line. They are surviving only with century old traditional farming practices.

There are many villages which doesn't have water / irrigation facilities and where farmers are completely dependent on rains.

Project Funding Modes

This initiative is managed by Dhavala Foundation, a non-profit company and the CSR division of the Organization.

We have designed five modes of funding for this project, to be implemented across the country:

a) CSR Funding by Dhavala Group Companies

b) Funding under State / Central Govt. Projects

c) Funding by Corporate CSR Agencies

d) Funding by International Social Aid Agencies

e) Funding by Individuals / Group of Persons
